First Puzzles for Toddlers

For beginners, the collection includes My Yard, Rescue Squad, FairyTales and Big Wheels puzzles, each with 6 pieces. These products are marked for ages 18 months and up, and their completed pictures measure 18 × 13 cm.

Large pieces and simple illustrations make these sets an option for a child's first puzzle activities. For children who are already familiar with puzzles, explore sets with higher piece counts.

Always follow the manufacturer's age recommendations for the specific product.

Classic Puzzles Featuring Animals, Dinosaurs and Space

Options include large 48-piece pictures measuring 50 × 34 cm, smaller puzzles and intermediate-level sets. The World Map puzzle with 180 pieces is an option for those interested in geography.

3D Puzzles and Mechanical Models

Alongside traditional jigsaw puzzles, SHOPSHOP.MD offers three-dimensional models for assembly. Examples include Mechanical T-Rex, Home Made Clock, Four Wheels Kart, Carousel, Ferris Wheel and Off Road Vehicles.

Selected models include mechanical or electronic components and may require batteries. Check each product's features, assembly requirements and power source before purchasing.

Completed 3D puzzles can become interesting display pieces or additions to a model collection.

How to Choose a Puzzle

For beginners, consider sets with fewer, larger pieces and easily recognizable pictures. Puzzles with 28–60 pieces offer another option for those already familiar with simple puzzles. For more detailed projects, explore 180, 230, 500 or 1000-piece designs.

Check the piece count and size, image complexity, finished dimensions and manufacturer's recommended age. For 3D puzzles, also review assembly instructions, tool requirements and battery information.
