TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

These Terms and Conditions of use of the online store shopshop.md apply to orders for the purchase of products/services offered by SHOPSHOP SRL through the website.

To ensure proper use of the website, we recommend carefully reviewing the presented Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to these provisions without prior notice.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This website is owned by SHOPSHOP SRL. When placing an order in the online store, the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions of sale of goods/products and/or provision of services, which are based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”).

Use of the website implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by SHOPSHOP SRL, in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. The relationship between the client and the seller is governed by Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection, as well as other normative acts adopted pursuant to it.

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is obliged to monitor any changes.

2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

By using the shopshop.md website, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for the processing/confirmation/fulfillment of orders.

Personal data is processed only for legitimate purposes, such as fulfilling your order, promotions, Google Analytics, cookies, and notifications/newsletters.

All personal data is stored and used only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.

We use commercial-grade security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the proper use of information on the website. The transmission of data over the internet or via wireless networks cannot be fully secured. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of the information provided by the Buyer, who assumes responsibility when doing so.

3. ORDER REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Orders can be paid for by payment card – upon receiving the order, you will receive a fiscal receipt confirming the payment.

Online payments are carried out with maximum security using a payment card that allows online transactions. After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation to your email address.

The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard, which provides a global approach to authenticating buyers in secure online transactions. This security measure redirects the user during payment to a secure MAIB page, where each cardholder is authenticated by a one-time-use code generated for each online transaction.

Refunds are made only to the payment card used for the purchase.

To complete a payment, you will need to enter your bank card details. The transfer of this information is carried out with all necessary security measures. The information is transmitted in encrypted form and stored only on a specialized server of the payment system.

To complete the payment, the following details are required:

1. Card number (16 digits)
2. Expiration date (month and year)
3. CVC or CVV code (3 digits)
4. Name and surname as written on the card

If the card's currency differs from the transaction currency (MDL), the conversion of the deducted amount will be subject to the conditions of the issuing bank.

4. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS / GOODS / SERVICES

After placing the order, the buyer will be informed of the estimated delivery date by our couriers or delivery service.

Delivery within the municipality of Chișinău is carried out within 32 hours from order confirmation by our operators. Delivery is available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and is free for orders of at least 300 MDL. For orders below this amount, a delivery fee of 50 MDL applies (included in the total transaction/order amount).

Delivery throughout the Republic of Moldova is made within 1–3 days from order confirmation by our operators. Delivery is available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and is free for orders of at least 300 MDL. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

Delivery times may be extended in isolated cases (e.g., unfavorable weather conditions, national holidays, unforeseen technical issues, etc.). We will notify you in advance if such situations arise.

You may choose any delivery address – home, office, or any other location, at no additional cost. We accept only one delivery address per order. If you need delivery to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

Upon receiving the products, please check the integrity of the packaging and contents in the presence of the courier. Any claims regarding these aspects made after delivery will not be accepted.

5. RIGHT OF RETURN

According to Law No. 105-XV of March 13, 2013 on consumer protection, the Buyer has the right to return purchased products/goods for certain reasons within 14 days from the date of payment. Refunds are made to the card used for the purchase.

Personal hygiene, perfumery, and cosmetic products cannot be exchanged or returned, in accordance with Annex No. 2 of Government Decision No. 1465 of 08.12.2003 (Official Gazette 248-253/19.12.2003), as amended by Government Decision No. 1188 of 02.11.2007 (Official Gazette 175/09.11.2007).

6. PRIVACY POLICY

Personal data is processed in good faith and in accordance with legal provisions. Data is collected solely for website administration, order fulfillment, and contacting the client.
