Terms of Use for Gift Certificates
- The gift certificate entitles the holder to purchase products in all shopshop stores (including on the website shopshop.md) with a discount equal to the nominal value of the certificate, from the available assortment and at the prices valid at the time of purchase.
- The gift certificate is not a means of payment or a security and cannot be exchanged for cash. It is valid only when accompanied by the receipt.
- The gift certificate is issued as a card with a unique individual code. The right to use the gift certificate belongs to the person presenting it.
- The gift certificate can be used only once during its validity period by redeeming its full nominal value at the time of payment. After redemption, the certificate is collected from the customer.
- The validity period of the gift certificate is 1 year from the date of purchase (the date is indicated on the receipt attached to the certificate).
- When paying for an order on the website using the gift certificate, the customer must indicate this during checkout and provide the serial number of the gift certificate to the manager when confirming the order.
- The gift certificate is valid for discounted items, special prices, and promotional gifts during active campaigns.
- The total value of a purchase may exceed the nominal value of the gift certificate. In this case, the holder must pay the difference.
- If the nominal value of the gift certificate exceeds the total order amount, the remaining balance will not be refunded or carried forward.
- In case of loss, the gift certificate cannot be reissued.
- There are no restrictions on using multiple certificates for the purchase of a single item.
