Directions

Apply a light shade across the eyelid as a base. Use a medium color in the crease and a darker shade on the outer corner and lash line. Shimmer and metallic shades can be applied with a fingertip or flat brush. Press glitter onto a suitable eye makeup base using gentle tapping motions.
